How more about we do Ore Sorting
Our Integrated Ore Sorting process is a methodology to apply sensor-based sorting in large or small throughput projects, in base metalS or precious metals mines to improve the operations’ efficiency.
How do we determine if sorting works?
- We conduct a preliminary assessment without any testwork
- We shortlist the sensors, technologies and provide the potential benefit to the project
- We work with the owners to develop solutions that meet the targets – rejection rate, recovery, economics etc.
FlotART: Advanced Flotation Recovery Technology
When conventional technologies fail, we introduce our proprietary technologies to maximize flotation recovery with specialized flowsheet and reagents.
This approach is successfully applied in South America and currently under assessment in the US.
Tailings Recovery
Proprietary technology that allows us to selectively recover metals either from the scavenger tails or TSF.
- Suitable to extract sulphides going into the TSF and produce high purity Iron
- Recovery any byproducts present in the fresh taillings stream
- Recovery left over metals from the TSF at low cost
